Check the Status of an International Insurance Claim/Inquiry

Choose your shipment type and follow the steps.

Filing the claim is the first step, after that it’s important to check the status of the filed claim. How to Check the Status of International Indemnity Claim/Inquiry?

To check the status of International Inquiry that was already submitted follow the method given below :-

  • Call at 800-222-1811 and speak to the USPS customer service agent.
  • You will need to provide the following information :

– Name

Tracking Number or Case Number

To check the status of claim that was filed online you can follow the process given below :-

– Log-in details

– Tracking Number
