Is USPS Click-N-Ship not working properly on Windows Computer? This issue is caused by the default PDF viewer named “PDF Viewer” or “Reader” which is installed with a recent update to Windows and/or the Mozilla Firefox Browser. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required by the USPS Click-N-Ship. If the Adobe Acrobat Reader isn’t installed on your computer, then CLICK HERE.
Follow the Steps given below to change the default PDF viewer to Adobe Acrobat Reader:
Step 1: Select and Click Right on any PDF file.
Step 2: From the Information Page, click on OPEN WITH
Step 3: Now, select CHOOSE DEFAULT PROGRAM
Step 4: At last, select Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Return to Click-N-Ship Shipping History after following these steps. From the drop down menu to the left of label, select Print/Reprint.
